When you submit an appointment request, your name, email address, optional phone number, service topic, and message are processed by our website host, Vercel, and sent through Resend to our office’s Gmail inbox. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and arrange appointments. The form does not confirm a booking or enroll you in SMS.
The site does not include analytics, advertising trackers, embedded third-party maps, or application cookies. Images and page assets are served locally. Calls use a separate phone service. Its provider, any call recording or transcription, retention, and related notices must be confirmed for the final policy. Vercel hosts this website and may process connection information such as IP addresses and request logs.
2. Proposed use of inquiries
If a live contact form is enabled, the completed policy must explain how the firm receives inquiries, replies to requests, arranges appointments, and maintains necessary business records. Only information needed for those purposes should be requested.
Any hosting, form, scheduling, email, phone service, or messaging providers that process information must be identified or described accurately in the final policy. Do not state that data is never shared if providers need to process it to deliver the service.
3. Proposed SMS privacy practices
SMS is not active. Before activation, the program must record the phone number, date and source of consent, the consent wording presented, and subsequent opt-out or renewed-consent events as appropriate to the selected provider.
Proposed policy: Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process the information necessary to deliver the firm’s opted-in messages and honor opt-outs, subject to the program’s confirmed arrangements.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank information, or other sensitive financial details in the general inquiry form or in ordinary text messages. Ask the firm for its approved secure process.

5. Retention
Submitted requests are retained in the office email inbox and may be processed and retained by Vercel, Resend, and Google under their respective service practices. For a live service, the firm must define retention periods for inquiries, appointment information, and messaging consent records based on its actual needs and applicable requirements. 6. Your choices and applicable rights
You can leave optional SMS consent unchecked. When the live program operates, you can withdraw SMS consent using STOP or the verified support contact.
